You can make changes to your health insurance once a year during Annual Enrollment. You may also change your plan when you qualify for Medicare.

If you qualify for Medicare, available plans include Anthem, Kaiser, and AARP/UnitedHealthcare. Coverage options may vary depending on whether you are also covering a spouse.
SCARE members can access discounted group insurance including dental, vision, legal, identity protection, pet, travel, accident, and hearing insurance. Some plans are available only during Open Enrollment, while others are available year-round.
Some benefits are available to all Sonoma County retirees, while others, such as insurance through Pacific Group Agencies, are offered exclusively to SCARE members and their families.
