Kathy has been on the Sonoma County Association of Retired Employees (SCARE) since 2019. She worked for Sonoma County Human Services, Employment and Training Division for 21 years as a Manager for Sonoma County Private Industry Council and then Job Link before retiring. Since retiring she has supported Family, Youth, and Children activities, especially at Valley of the Moon Children’s center.
After retiring, Kathy has built a long legacy of service in Sonoma County, including an ongoing role on the Board of Directors for SCARE, where she is currently the Past President and Secretary. She continues to advocate for the interests and well-being of retired county employees. Her commitment to volunteerism runs deep, reflected in years of hands-on community work, previously serving on the Board of Directors for Girl Scouts and other non-secular boards. She does an outreach program for San Quention Prison. Whether coordinating toy drives at Christmas, supporting local organizations, mentoring others, or strengthening community programs, she remains an active and dedicated presence who consistently gives back.
